PNC Learning Helps Employees Advance in Their Careers

Pnc Learning is dedicated to providing quality insurance continuing education and pre-licensing courses for the Canadian insurance industry. Our eLearning programs are accredited, accessible and relevant to the ever-changing insurance world.

Amid a national skills gap, many companies are taking steps to help their employees learn new skills or advance in their careers. Pittsburgh-based PNC Bank, for example, recently launched a program called PartnerUp to connect high school seniors with local businesses that need them. Over its first five years, the program has helped create a talent pipeline for early career professionals and offered roles at PNC to more than 70 graduates.

In addition, PNC is supporting the growing need for early childhood education. Through its longstanding partnership with Educational First Steps, the company is making it easier for families to access resources and support for child development, particularly in low-income communities. The organization also continues to champion its Grow Up Great initiative, a multi-year effort supported by a range of leading early childhood experts and partners.
