Anti-AQP11 Picoband antibody | MBS1755789 | Fab | AP-conjugated | Suitable for FACS, IHC and WB |
Aquaporins facilitate the transport of water and small neutral solutes across cell membranes. Anti-AQP11 Picoband™ antibody is a member of the MIP/aquaporin (TC 1A.8) family of proteins and is predicted to be membrane-associated. It is also known as AQPX1 and AQP-11.
Fig. 7 a) shows the steady-state clearance of insulin plotted as a function of the antibody binding level, indicating a negative correlation. In b) the concentration of free IAsp was plotted against the total IAsp concentration for the same subject at two occasions one week apart. A simple 1:1 reversible reaction model for IAsp to antibodies was fitted to the data.
Electrophoresis was performed on a 5-20% SDS-PAGE gel at 70V (Stacking)/90V (Resolving) for 2-3 hours. Samples were transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk/TBS for 1.5 hour at RT. The membrane was probed with rabbit anti-AQP11 antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody at a dilution of 0.5 ug/mL overnight at 4 degree C. After washing with TBS-0.1% Tween 3 times for 5 minutes each, it was incubated with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody diluted 1:5000 for 1.5 hour at RT and visualized using an Enhanced Chemiluminescence detection system with Tanon 5200 system (GE Healthcare). A specific band is observed at 53 kDa.
Best APC2 Antibody: How to Identify High-Quality Products
For Research Use Only. Not for Diagnostic Procedures. Each vial contains 5 mg Trehalose, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg NaN3. Reconstituted antibody is stable at -20°C for one year. After reconstitution, it is recommended to store at 4°C for one month and aliquot to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
